The West Valley Arts Council is a regional non-profit organization established in 1989. We serve 13 cities west of the I-17 and enrich the West Valley by providing and growing a vibrant and connected arts and cultural community through programming, resources, and connections.

The Arts HQ Gallery is one of the West Valley’s premier exhibition spaces located in the heart of Surprise, Arizona. The gallery is focused on providing innovative and diverse art experiences that are educational and accessible to all people.
The Arts HQ Gallery rotates 6 – 8 exhibitions per year showcasing the talent and creativity of individual artists, musicians, performers and artisans. Each exhibit is thoughtfully and carefully curated, working with both emerging and seasoned local artists who seek to engage communities with meaningful work.
The Arts HQ Gallery also hosts various performances, festivals, and open air markets showcasing the talent and creativity of individual artists, musicians, performers and artisans.
